1. The company is engaged in developing eleven exploratory wells within its acreage position. The project involves the integration of all of TRIG sciences, the selection of shallow, medium and deep depth targets and the execution of its drilling plan. Foundational partners are participating in this development.

2. The company continues its surveying, exploration and target refining research with the use of seismic, electro-magnetic and soil geo-chemistry crews remaining active in our areas of interest. The project’s objective is to be prepared to drill additional areas of interest in 2009.

3. The transportation logistics team and project engineer are engaged in the formation of transport and storage strategies encompassing truck, rail and pipeline alternatives.

4.  The capital formation team is currently working with current investors, financial institutions, industry partners and other potential funding sources to complete our foundational funding and to establish financial partners for field development efforts in 2009
